Fees:
$180/50 minutes    or    $270/75 minutes 

$720/month: weekly 50-minute sessions and phone consultation time

$1080/month: weekly 75-minute sesssions and phone consultation time

       Sliding scale rates may apply for sessions before 6pm.
 
       I provide out-of network insurance billing statements.
